Paphos is a relatively small town compared to other European towns and cities and getting around is simple and easy.
Most of the popular attractions are within easy walking distance of the villa and there is a regular bus service to Coral Bay and the old town. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the villa.
Private taxis are safe, reliable and inexpensive. Most taxis in Cyprus are Mercedes and these can be hailed in the street or picked up at one of the many taxi stands around the resort.
Hiring a car gives you the freedom to explore the whole island at your own pace. It is competitively priced and the cost of fuel is slightly cheaper than in the UK.
There is a comprehensive information folder in the villa giving details of the bus timetable, maps showing where to catch the bus, telephone numbers of local taxi firms and details of local companies offering car hire and excursions etc.
