Rental Prices

The cost per week is based on up to 6 people sharing. There is a charge of £50.00 per person per week for the 7th and 8th persons. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please contact us for a personal quotation.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected. For online bookings, there is a £30.00 non-refundable damage / breakage waiver instead of the refundable £100.00 security bond.

What's included in the rental cost

• Internet access (Wi-Fi)
• Air-conditioning (and heating in winter)
• All bed linen and bath towels (except beach towels)
• Travel cot and high chair (if required)
• Use of the complex facilities including two swimming pools, changing rooms, poolside showers and communal sunbeds. In addition to the communal sunbeds around the pool, there are four sunbeds for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Villa.

What's not included in the rental cost

• Flights - these will need to be booked separately. Please refer to our page on flights to Cyprus.
• Transfers - it's a short journey from Paphos Airport to Paradise Villa. Please refer to our page on transfers from Paphos Airport to Paradise Villa.
• Travel Insurance - it is a essential that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking the villa.
